Q. How long is a training session?

A. A training session usually lasts 60 minutes, but can be customized longer or shorter to accommodate your schedule. 

 

Q. What type of session do you recommend for beginners?

A.  If you're new to fitness, I'd recommend a private session to begin. I love working with my clients one-on-one to determine their individual fitness needs and then customize a workout plan that aligns with their goals and time frame. 

 

Q. ARE THERE A MXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN A GROUP SESSION?

A. No! The more the merrier! I'm also available to host training seminars or guest train large group sessions at LA-based studios. 

 

Q. I don't have time to meet in person. Can I still train with you if i'm on-the-go or not based in LA?

A. Yes, I offer remote training sessions through personalized videos for my busy clients who are on-the-go.
